CEO Carly Shay, CFO John Nguyen, and CMO Erika Dudley attended the Virtual Enterprises International Midwest Trade Show in Pigeon Forge, TN the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Representing their class firm, Dexacorp, the Chief Officers set up a Trade Show booth and sold their (virtual) healthy-living line of products to student-employees from 100 VEI firms from Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, New York City, South Carolina, and Tennessee. On November 7, 2015 the Lakeland Cross Country team traveled to MIS for the Michigan State Finals. Kudos to the boys' team who ran hard and tough and finished in fourth place overall! Two individuals received all-state honors: Jackson Grzymkowski and Drew Wenger placed 12th and 13th - Congratulations, gentlemen!
Congratulations also to Olivia Clymer on her all-state performance as she finished 24th out of 245 runners. Madeline Rehm finished close behind at 31st, just one place out of being named all-state. Both ladies ran the fastest times of their lives! |
Over fifty family members, friends and coaches attended the National Letter of Intent (NLI) Signing Event on November 11, 2015 to honor Lakeland athletes Tyler Cleasby, Justin LaFrance and Jackson Gryzmkowski. Special thanks to coaches Tom Lock, Todd Miller, Joe Verellen, Hugh Felt and Terry Haren for attending the ceremony.
