Congratulations to all the members, which include students from White Lake M.S., Milford, IA West, and Lakeland High School. This is quite an accomplishment and a great way to end another successful season. In addition, Redline Percussion, sponsored by Lakeland's Band Program, finished 14th in their class at Finals as well, in their 1st year back in competition after being out of the activity for several years! This was a great inaugural year for their group as well. Congratulations to both outstanding ensembles! Walsworth (publisher of our book) publishes books for thousands of schools, and for the second year in a row Lakeland ranks in the Top 3-5%! On Saturday, April 25 the Community Service club sponsored a team of 25 students for Rebuilding Together. The team did spring yard clean up and planting at 3 local homes for senior citizens who are unable to do that work for themselves. |
